I want clarification about the withdrawal method that Vested uses for transferring money into US bank account? The customer support told me it is a wire transfer method. With wire transfer the US bank also charges an incoming fee. Do you also provide withdrawal through ACH method which is generally free for incoming or outgoing money transfers?

Hope you had a great weekend. As of now, we only support WIRE, and not ACH withdrawals to the US Bank account. While I completely understand your concern, of incoming wire fee, we are planning for ACH withdrawals. There are no specific timelines, but we will ensure that you are informed once the functionality is available from our end. Hope this helps. Thank you.
