Hi team. I placed a request for deposit of some amount via HDFC Bank through Vested, at 7:30 pm IST, 4th May’26. The expected timeline for the request to be processed end-to-end was 11:59 pm IST, 5th May’26. It’s 1/2 an hour past midnight, the transfer has already been approved by my bank and funds have been deducted ~ 11:15 pm IST today, but the deposit is still pending from your side. Please let me know why is there a delay & how much wait time is expected after the funds have been deducted. I’m expecting a prompt reply. Thank you.
Hi Rohit, apologies for the delay here.
There was a processing delay from the bank’s side due to the Indian bank holiday on Friday, 1st May, followed by the weekend. Because of the resulting high pending transaction volume, the bank was only able to process the transfer late around midnight, which caused the delay in the crediting.
I’ve checked from our end and can confirm that the funds were successfully credited to your Vested account by 2 PM IST on 6th May.
