Can't execute trades on vested

Due to a system issue, we have currently paused trading on the platform. We are working on resolving the issue and expect the system to be restored shortly.

There is no proper ETA and we are losing all trades. And the customer care is clueless
If vested does’t resolve this ASAP, customers will be forced to move to other platforms like indmoney or ibrk

during massive buying and selling vested always gets hang so not a reliable platform, hypothetically if there is a crash in the market we will like to loose everything by the time vested fixes it.

This is not acceptable. I want to exit a few positions which I am not able to. What is the solution?
