Yearly Account Statement containing required details for ITR 2

I am looking for a yearly account statement which can provide me peak value of my holdings , peak value of my cash available in wallet with date so I can use it to get INR rate for that date and peak value in INR which will be used in ITR 2 for custodial accounts details
