What's a good tool similar to screener for US stock market?

I want to find a tool that helps me create custom filters (query-like), and then be able to look at individual company filters.

By query- like, I mean something like the below to shortlist stocks:
Current price <= High price all time - 0.10*High price all time
AND
Current price <= DMA 200 previous day

I checked out a few tools but some of them either don’t have such filter capabilities, and if they do, they don’t have the filters.
For example, Stock Rover has query- like filters, but it does not have ROCE as a filter.

Would really appreciate some help on this.

Thanks for sharing this feedback.

As Suresh suggested, AlphaScreener is a research platform by us, which is designed to offer screening capabilities.

However, in the current shape of the product, it doesn’t support query-like behavior - simply the filters you can use directly. We are working on setting up a new and enhanced screener, and will factor this feedback in.

In the meantime, if we come across any existing tools offering this, will keep you posted!
