Vested customer support

Hello

i have been investing in Vested for the past 4 years…has anyone used the Vested Customer support…I am having a problem with transferring a small amount of US$ into INR deposit to my bank and the process is taking more than 2 weeks…what is surprising is their customer service is very poor! I have a Vested Premium account and they are taking a lot of time to respond to my queries…their phone number support does not work…it is scary , given the amount of money we have invested here…lets be careful…I am not sure how much the Vested platform has invested in customer support…

I have submitted another transfer request of $200 on 9th October’2025…the INR amount has not been credited…why this inordinate delays with INR transfers with Vested and HDFC Bank??

Hey Samveg, i see other users posting about delays but i have infact experienced the opposite wiht HDFC, i did a transfer from INR to USD and it took about 18 hours for the money to reflect in my vested account. Similar experience when i transferred around Aug20th this year. have a look at my account incase you want to see if there is something that is worth exploring that enables my transfers to go through vs others. thanks
