I deposited 221.76 USD through my bank account , but in the statement its showing 220 USD.

Your understanding is correct, a total of $221.76 was charged and $220 would have been deposited to your Vested account. We charge a platform fees for the smoother, in-app experience that we provide with ICICI - and ofcourse you get a 0 fixed fees along with better ICICI FX Rates.
While transferring through ICICI - we exactly show how much is the INR getting deducted from your bank account v/s how much USD would be deposited in your vested account. We also show the FX rate. While there might be some very slight differences due to movement in the USD/INR FX rate, you would find the difference either 0 or extrememly minimal.
