Is there a way through which we can transfer funds through UPI in Vested . Transferring funds through banks have been time taking and it makes us miss some good buying opportunities
Also, this is the 2nd time my transfer has been rolled back due to some mismatch in the receiver account, although I didn’t make any changes in details from my last transfer. It’s a pain area that needs streamlining if there’s an option.
I use their HDFC linked flow. Its pretty simple from there. LRS is not like wallet transfers. Its more about overseas transfer.
I primarily use other bank account, but just for Vested have created a savings bank account with HDFC. Its good FX rates + you can use UPI to self-transfer to HDFC.
From there, you to go Vested App Transfer tab → HDFC bank linked flow → Enter amount → checkbox and OTP and funds gets transferred within 1 day.
It takes time because banks have to manually check and approve as money is going outside of India, nothing Vested can do about it. Banks are only slow to not automate the process.
