I purchased shares(Direct share program from my Employer just before IPO at Newyork Stock Exchange) few years ago. Can I transfer this to Vested now at one shot. How much comission I have to pay now to Vested. Right now the stock is under minus 22% loss(-22%). Experts please suggest.
When you say 22% loss, assume you’re still holding teh stock post IPO. Well, you need to first sell the stock and park the money in your trading account. Then transfer to vested. Zero charges for this case.
Is it possible to just transfer the stocks to Vested and sell it when my stock price increases?
