Subject: Feature Request – MSTR Fractional Buy Issue & Trailing Stop Loss (TSL)

Hi Team,

I’m facing two key issues as a long-term investor on Vested:

  1. Fractional Quantity Issue with MSTR:
    MSTR is a high-value stock. Small investors rely on fractional buying, but it’s not working consistently. Please improve this support.

  2. No Trailing Stop Loss (TSL) Option:
    TSL is crucial for disciplined profit booking and downside protection. Kindly consider adding this feature.

These upgrades will greatly help retail investors like us. Looking forward to your response.

  1. You can place fractional market orders for MSTR on Vested. Please let me know if you encounter any issues. Our clearing partner currently does not support fractional limit orders, but you can place fractional Stop-Buy Orders, which are market orders triggered when the stock’s price reaches the specified price (the specified price needs to be above the current market price).

  2. We understand how TSL can be important for downside protection and profit-booking. We will consider making this feature available soon. However, you can currently impose some downside protection for your investments by using Stop-Sell Orders. These are market orders placed when the stock’s price reaches a specified price (the specified price needs to be less than the current market price).
