I got the email that the money has been credited in my Vested account, but I cannot see the amount on the app. The buying power is still at $0 and I need to know the exact procedure for the same.

I transferred $1000.00 to my Vested account on 3rd Sept, but the amount has not yet been credited. As per the due date (3rd September 2025), it was expected to be reflected in my account, but the status is still showing as Pending.
Hope you are doing well. I can see that the transfer has been successfully completed and visible as well. Are you still facing the issue?
To answer your question better - as I can see you have trasnferred via HDFC. Via any of our banking partners - we have see an average time of 1-2 Business days, best case scenario is same day and in some cases it might take 2-4 days if bank delays the processing.

I am sure our customer support team is already engaging with you. But just for clarity, your Vested account is under the name Anup Kumar Gupta and you have transferred the money from an account under the name - Pragati Gupta. Since there is a name mismatch, this cannot be processed further. Please initiate another transfer from a bank under your name.
Please note - the funds will be returned to your account in 7-10 business days. Hope this answers your question. Thank you.

Did you do a WIRE Transfer or an ACH transfer? Usually if you transfer via methods other than our banking partners - we don’t have a control over the time of transfer. It depends on your source on how fast they process your wire.
That being said, your buying power will be automatically updated - almost instantly, as soon as we receive on our end 24 x 7. So that shouldn’t be a problem. Did you get a chance to check with Fidelity on where your transfer is currently? Have they processed it? Thank you.
