Any idea why is the performance of UAE stock not that great? Even though middle east is growing quite rapidly?

It underperforms Dubai’s/Middle East growth due to its reliance on a narrow set of industries like real estate and banking, which don’t fully capture the broader economic growth of Dubai, including sectors like tourism, tech, and startups.

Right now, the investment opportunities in Dubai seems very reserved for ultra rich folks or direct investments in real estate.
