You can use HDFC, Axis and ICICI. HDFC has a better experience. Rates are almost similar. HDFC generally gives competitive rates.
No codes as such, they auto-apply discounts for Vested customers.
If you are transferring huge amounts, then contact your RM and negotiate for better rates.
