Guys which bank acc do you all use to transfer funds. I was using Axis for a long time, but recently shifted to hdfc for a couple of months. Today i saw they are deducting a platform fees because I transferred via hdfc in vested app… anyone knows anything?
I send it from RSU account by ETrade. That is cheapest option. I sent once from my IDFC bank account. They didn’t charge anything and gave good exchange rate also.

Axis used to charge higher and was inconvenient compared to HDFC. HDFC is like one-click now. What’s the platform fees you got with HDFC and how much did you transfer?
Also, try talking to your RM regarding less fees.
What about Icici? I recently received a promo stating good fx rates and discounted rates

Yea +1 for ICICI as well.
@Aman_Prime_72 all bank options are very similar in pricing (Axis, HDFC, ICICI). We have been able to eliminate the fixed fees per transaction for all these banks and the FX markup tends to be 1% - 1.5% (including platform fees wherever applicable). Hope this helps!
