Adding funds ETA - been 2 days but no updates

Hi Team Vested,

I wanted to check on the status of a recent fund transfer I initiated via the ICICI Bank app. It’s been over 2 days now, and the transaction is still showing as “waiting for partner bank,” with no further updates.

Could you please help with an ETA on when the funds are expected to reflect in my account? Also, let me know if there’s anything required from my end to move this forward.

Would appreciate a quick update on this.

Thank you for reaching out.

The delay is due to bank holidays on March 31 and April 1, during which transactions were not processed by the banking system. As a result, your transfer is currently pending with the partner bank.

We expect processing to resume shortly; however, please note that April 3 is also a bank holiday, which may cause a slight additional delay.

At this point, no action is required from your end. The funds should reflect once the banks resume normal operations and process the transaction.
