What would be the best way to bet on the Chinese big tech and EV boom - Any thoughts on low expense funds that have a track record and are available with this underlying theme?

You can invest in FXI (China iShares Large Cap ETFs). It gives exposure to chinese tech stocks with lowest expense ratio.

Can also look at LIT and CQQQ.
LIT is litium battery and tech ETF, and CQQQ is investing in top tech stocks of China.
Beware of US, China relations though. Right now the only way is through US stocks, but its Trump. So diversify with caution.
